Founded in 2002 in Atlanta, Bachmann Global began as an organization specializing in change management, organizational effectiveness, human performance improvement, and process innovation. Initially, our clients were primarily Fortune 100 companies, and the lessons we learned from working with such high-caliber organizations have shaped our approach over the past 20 years.
As we grew, so did our vision for making a meaningful impact. In 2009, we broadened our offerings and brought even greater value to our clients. This was a challenging time for businesses, particularly small ones, as they navigated the economic downturn. Our work with large clients in digital marketing and organizational transformation sparked an idea: How could we extend these same powerful strategies to small and medium-sized businesses?

Over my 25-year career, I have worked with large and small companies across the USA, Europe, and beyond. Each organization and the remarkable people in them have provided invaluable lessons, shaping my professional journey. What an incredible experience it has been! I am deeply grateful for every unique challenge and am eager to share my knowledge and expertise with you to help your company grow and thrive.
As the Founding Partner of Bachmann Global Associates, I lead our business development efforts, champion our company’s mission, and consult on all facets of digital marketing and organizational development. I find great fulfillment in the challenge of building new relationships and fostering growth.
With 25 years of experience in organizational marketing, performance improvement, and organizational effectiveness, I have had the opportunity to spearhead global initiatives, some of which have been featured in Fortune Magazine, Computer Users Magazine, Technical Training Magazine, and MCI’s Case Studies. My expertise spans industries such as petrochemicals, telecommunications, pharmaceuticals, medical aesthetics, fitness, legal services, and more.
