Sherrie Bachmann is a Managing Partner for Bachmann Global Associates, where she leads business development, champions the pursuit of the company's mission, and consults in the areas of organization development, human performance improvement and training. She enjoys the challenge of building new relationships.

Sherrie has eleven years of experience in organization effectiveness and performance improvement. At a previous employer, she developed and implemented worldwide training initiatives, and her work was featured in Fortune Magazine, Computer Users Magazine, Technical Training Magazine and MCI's Case Studies. Additionally, she facilitated individual training, national and worldwide sales meetings, and corporate universities. Before that, Sherrie's work focused on recruiting and compensation systems.

Her industry experience includes petrochemicals, tele-communications, pharmaceuticals, oil and gas, pulp and paper, energy, non-profits and computer software and services.

She serves as Chair of the Organization Change Alliance a professional society dedicated to the work of Organization Development. She sits on the Georgia State University Russell Entrepreneurship Roundtable. She is a member the American Society for Training and Development, Phi Kappa Phi and Alpha Beta Gamma Business Honor Fraternity, and Golden Key National Honor Society.

Sherrie was graduated Magna Cum Laude from Georgia State University with a BBA in Management and completed a Master of Management with a specialization in Organizational Development. She was honored by the university with Carl A. Bramblette, Jr. Scholastic Achievement Award for outstanding achievement by a management major.
