As Human Resources Team Leader for Bachmann Global Associates, Robert has a twenty-year career as an HR executive level Generalist. He has demonstrated strength and leadership in a strategic HR business partner role with a diverse group of business leaders and businesses including semiconductor and healthcare manufacturing. Robert served with Analog Devices, Teradyne and Kendall Healthcare.
He has experience in a broad range of human resource functions including leadership and organization development, recruitment and staffing, performance management, strategic and tactical planning, employee relations, HRIS, compensation and benefits, training, project planning, and operations management.
Before joining the Bachmann Global team, Robert spent nine years as a human resources business partner with Analog Devices, Inc. in Massachusetts. He directed HR operations, worked with management to divest a business operation, co-led the design, development and global implementation of SAP HR, championed retention programs for client groups netting a 15% reduction in turnover, implemented a new leader/manager framework program, deployed a new performance appraisal and coaching management model, and created a mentor program. He also helped outsource the HRIS worldwide administrative data base, stock plans and domestic U.S. benefits, and payroll while incorporating managerial and employee self–service functionality.
Robert received a BS in Psychology and Education and a Masters degree in Psychology from Springfield College. He holds a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the Society for Human Resource Management. He holds active memberships in SHRM National, SHRM Atlanta, the Human Resource Planning Society (HRPS), Organization Change Alliance (OCA) of Atlanta, Technology Association of Georgia (TAG) and the Buckhead Business Association.
