  360° Feedback  

As organizations become increasingly flatter and more team-driven, they have recognized that supervisors can no longer be relied on as the sole source of information regarding employee performance. Many of these organizations are incorporating 360° feedback programs into their performance management systems. 360° programs provide employees with feedback from a variety of raters, including peers, direct reports, supervisors and customers.
